The location was perfect, right next to the outlet mall and close to a golf course. The air conditioning unit in our room was noisy. Breakfast had great options. The shower head was too low for my comfort.

The pool depth suits kids, but adults may find it limiting. Staff was helpful, navigating a credit card snag diligently. The room was clean and spacious. The bed, while comfortable for some, felt extra-firm, which I found a bit challenging. The air conditioning unit was not the best; it was distant from the bed and seemed to struggle to cool the space adequately. I noticed some dust build-up on the unit. A low toilet issue was present, rocking slightly and lacking strong flushing power. The check-in staff were very friendly, and requests for extra pillows were promptly fulfilled. Breakfast included a good variety but had minor cleanliness concerns with the serving tongs.

I selected Grand View Inn & Suites for its close proximity to Tanger Outlets, and the tea and coffee-making facilities were a pleasant surprise, adding convenience to my stay. The free full breakfast and parking were also appreciated.

i had an amazing time at the grand view inn & suites. the breakfast was the best i've ever had at a hotel. the staff, especially the lady in the breakfast area, was so friendly and delightful. the hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, even during the off-season. the room was very nice and the housekeeping did a great job. i highly recommend this facility, and we will definitely be returning.

Feeling like royalty surrounded by majestic sets and live animals on stage. Enjoying a daily feast of scrambled eggs and pancakes. Relaxing by the outdoor pool deck after a day exploring Aquari. oh wait, that's not part of my experience!

the hotel was super clean, and the location is right in front of an outlet mall with lots of shops. the breakfast had many hot and cold choices - like home cooking. the staff went out of their way to improve our stay and provide helpful local insights.
